Founder/Executive Director
Hi! I'm Dany Rousseau, a local actor, singer, choreographer, production designer, make-up artist, performance coach, director, and high school teacher, transplanted from NYC and currently residing in a little, tidal village by the beautiful Bay of Fundy. I have over 25 years of experience in theatre and the performing arts. I create & plan FTW's programs & events, as well as organize productions & workshops!
Head of Production Design
Hi, I'm Joe Rousseau, and I help build and make set and prop pieces for FTW productions and events. My prior experience as an Independent Contractor helps me handle any fluctuating responsibilities. From demo & stripping sets, rebuilding, rewiring, or repainting props & dressings, or simply providing extra hands, each deserves the same attention to detail- attention I am proud I'm able to provide.

I have always been a theatre kid!
After moving to the little village of Bear River, I immediately started looking for the local theatre community in an attempt to join in, however, being an immigrant to a new country, there were many gaps in my local knowledge. Sure, I could google the nearest theatre, but finding folks to do theatre with was another thing entirely. So, I asked around, did some research, and found that the makings of a strong, vibrant Theatre community was all around me! I just had to find where I could jump in! I joined a few local theatre groups, and dipped my toes in the directorial waters with my first King's Short in 2022. I dove right in after that, looking for more and more creative outlets until I decided that I would stop looking and start making.
Now, we're creating and producing workshops, cabarets, interactive movie shows, and drama & musical productions- and that's only the beginning!
